You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk47 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your mobile device. pk47 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
You must notify pk47 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. pk47's 24/7 live chat support team can suspend your account on an emergency basis pending investigation.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pk47 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or CNIC numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
pk47 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani residents: JazzCash (minimum deposit Rs 200), Easypaisa (minimum deposit Rs 300), HBL/UBL/Meezan Bank/Bank Alfalah bank transfer (minimum Rs 1,000), and USDT via the TRC20 network (minimum USD 5 equivalent). All PKR-denominated deposits are credited to your account at face value with no platform-side processing fee.
Deposits are credited to your pk47 account balance upon confirmed clearance of the underlying payment. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash and Easypaisa) are typically instant. Bank transfers may take between one and four business hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation.
pk47 accepts funds only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

pk47 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the withdrawal is subject to a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied; (b) there is an active investigation into the account; or (c) pk47 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity associated with the account or the withdrawal request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk47 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (c) any loss arising from a Force Majeure event including internet outages, government action, or natural disasters; or (d) technical failures of third-party payment providers or game studios.
pk47's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your pk47 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Closure is subject to the resolution of any outstanding bets and the processing of any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method.
pk47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pk47 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) your account displays indicators of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
Upon termination by pk47 for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Any genuinely deposited and uncontested funds will be returned to your verified payment method within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk47 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk47's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents pk47 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm arising from a breach of these Terms.
pk47 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users not less than 7 days before they take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately upon publication.
